Agadir–Al Massira Airport (AGA) stands in Temsia, southeast of Agadir, and Airports of Morocco (ONDA) runs it. All flights use one terminal, divided into international and domestic sections.
International passengers go through passport control, collect their bags in the baggage hall and pass customs into the public arrivals hall, where you will find exchange offices, ATMs and car rental desks. Your driver waits just outside the arrivals hall exit.

Visa-free stays. Citizens of the US, Canada, the UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and EU countries can stay in Morocco up to 90 days without a visa; others need a visa arranged in advance. Your passport should be valid for six months after arrival.
Dirham cash. The Moroccan dirham (MAD) is a closed currency, so get cash from the ATMs or exchange offices in the arrivals hall.
Drones. Morocco does not allow drones in without prior authorization, and customs may hold one at the airport until you leave.

Al Massira Airport is about 20 km (12 miles) southeast of central Agadir, and the drive to the beachfront hotels usually takes 30 to 40 minutes. Taghazout is north of the city, usually 45 minutes to an hour away by car.
