After immigration, baggage claim and customs, continue outside the terminal to the meeting area named in your confirmation. Athens airport transfers start in the arrivals hall of the main terminal, where your driver waits with a name sign once you have cleared baggage reclaim and customs. We follow your flight, so a delay moves the pickup with it, and you choose the vehicle for your party, from a sedan for two to a van for a family or group with luggage.
We drive door to door to hotels and apartments in central Athens, to the ferry gates at Piraeus, Rafina and Lavrio, and to hotels and villas on the Athens Riviera. Our Athens airport shuttle is a private van for your party only, not a shared bus that stops at other hotels along the way. It leaves as soon as you are through arrivals, with room for suitcases, strollers and ferry luggage. It suits families, groups of friends and travelers heading straight to a ferry at Piraeus or Rafina.

Athens Eleftherios Venizelos International Airport (ATH) is the main airport for Athens and the busiest in Greece, at Spata in Attica, east of the city. It has a main terminal and a satellite terminal, used mostly by low-cost airlines and linked to the main building by an underground passage with moving walkways.
In the main terminal, Hall B handles domestic and Schengen flights, which arrive with no passport checks. Hall A handles flights from outside the Schengen area, such as the UK, the US or the Middle East, and there you queue at passport control. After baggage reclaim, follow the signs into the arrivals hall, where pre-booked drivers meet passengers.
Greece is on Eastern European Time (EET), two hours ahead of the UK, and uses the euro.

Athens Airport is at Spata, about 20 km east of central Athens in a straight line, or about 30 km by road along the Attiki Odos motorway.
Domestic and Schengen flights arrive in Hall B of the main terminal, and flights from outside the Schengen area arrive in Hall A, where you go through passport control. Flights at the satellite terminal walk through the underground passage to the main building. Your driver meets you in the arrivals hall.

Yes. Metro Line 3 runs from the station next to the terminal into central Athens, including Syntagma. A private transfer is easier with heavy luggage, for the ferry ports or when you would rather go door to door.
There is no need. Booking ahead gives you a confirmed vehicle and a meeting point before you land. If someone approaches you in arrivals, check the company name against your confirmation before getting in.
We monitor the flight on your reservation, so your driver at Athens Airport waits for the actual landing. If your flight number or date changes, or you miss a connection, tell customer service so the pickup can be moved.
