Pre-booked private transportation takes you directly from Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport to your hotel, resort or vacation rental.
After immigration, baggage claim and customs, continue outside the terminal to the meeting area named in your confirmation. Your vehicle is reserved only for the passengers on your reservation: unlike a shared shuttle, it makes no extra hotel stops for other travelers, and the price is per vehicle, not per person.
Our BWI airport transportation takes you from Baltimore/Washington International to hotels at the Inner Harbor, Harbor East and Fells Point, Johns Hopkins, the Convention Center and the stadiums downtown, and the cruise terminal. We also drive to Annapolis and the Naval Academy, Columbia, Fort Meade and Washington, DC.
Your driver meets you on the Arrivals/Lower Level at baggage claim, at the meeting point named in your confirmation. We track your flight, so a delay moves the pickup instead of canceling it, and the price for the whole vehicle is agreed before you fly.

Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI) sits in Anne Arundel County, Maryland, between Baltimore and Washington. It has one terminal with five concourses: Southwest uses A, B and C, most other domestic airlines use D, and international flights use E.
International passengers clear US passport control and customs in Concourse E and collect their bags there before exiting to the lower level. Domestic passengers follow the signs from their concourse to Baggage Claim on the Arrivals/Lower Level, where taxis, shuttles and pre-booked drivers wait.
Maryland is on Eastern Time and changes its clocks for daylight saving time.
Entry to the US. You need a valid passport and either a US visa or an approved ESTA under the Visa Waiver Program, obtained before you board. Global Entry and Mobile Passport Control can shorten the line in Concourse E.
Customs. Declare food, plants and animal products, and cash over $10,000.
Pickup curbs. Taxis wait on the lower level and app-based rides pick up on the upper level, so go to the meeting point named in your confirmation and ignore offers of rides inside the terminal.

BWI is about 9 miles (14 km) south of downtown Baltimore and about 30 miles (50 km) northeast of downtown Washington, DC. Annapolis is roughly 20 miles away, and drive times depend on traffic on I-95, I-295 and the Baltimore-Washington Parkway.

Southwest flights use Concourses A, B and C, most other domestic airlines use D, and international flights arrive at E. Every concourse leads to the same baggage claim level, so give your airline and flight number when you book.
Yes. Give the full street address, any apartment or unit number and entrance details. In Fells Point and other older neighborhoods some streets are narrow, so your driver stops at the nearest point a vehicle can reach.
Yes. Pickups are booked for your flight's arrival or departure time, including late-night and early-morning flights, when trains run less often.
No. Taxis leave from the stands outside baggage claim and app-based rides from the upper-level curb. If someone approaches you, check the company name against your confirmation before getting in.
We monitor the flight on your reservation, so a delay moves the pickup instead of canceling it. If your flight number, date or airline changes, or the flight is canceled, contact customer service as soon as you know.
