After immigration, baggage claim and customs, continue outside the terminal to the meeting area named in your confirmation. Your vehicle is reserved only for the passengers on your reservation: unlike a shared shuttle, it makes no extra hotel stops for other travelers, and the price is per vehicle, not per person.
Airport transportation in Dubai starts at whichever DXB terminal your flight uses and ends at your hotel, apartment or villa in Deira, Downtown Dubai, Dubai Marina or Palm Jumeirah.
Your driver meets you in the arrivals hall after customs at the terminal your flight uses: Terminal 3 for Emirates, Terminal 2 for most flydubai flights and Terminal 1 for most other airlines. We follow the flight on your reservation, so a later landing does not leave you without a ride.
Dubai airport transfers are priced per vehicle before you fly, in a sedan, SUV or minivan sized to your party and luggage, and go door to door to hotels along Sheikh Zayed Road, Downtown Dubai, Dubai Marina towers, Palm Jumeirah resorts and villas across the city.
Our Dubai airport shuttle is a private minivan for your party only, leaving DXB as soon as you are through arrivals instead of waiting to fill seats. It has room for suitcases, strollers and golf bags, which suits families and groups heading to Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah or Downtown Dubai.

Dubai International Airport (DXB) sits next to Deira, on the edge of central Dubai, and has three terminals: Terminal 1 for most foreign airlines, Terminal 2 for flydubai and other regional flights, and Terminal 3 for Emirates. If you land at Concourse A or D, an automated train takes you to the main terminal for immigration.
After passport control, collect your bags in the baggage hall and pass through customs into the arrivals hall of your terminal, where your driver waits. Banks, ATMs and exchange counters are available in every terminal.
Dubai uses Gulf Standard Time (UTC+4) all year, with no daylight saving time.
UAE entry stamp or visa. Your passport needs at least six months' validity. Many nationalities, including US, UK, Canadian and Australian citizens, receive their entry stamp on arrival at no cost, while others must arrange a visa before travel.
DXB, not DWC. Dubai has a second airport, Al Maktoum International (DWC) at Dubai South, about 37 km southwest of the city. Check that your ticket says DXB before you book this page.
Summer heat. From June to September daytime temperatures are very high, so wait for your driver inside the arrivals hall rather than at the curb.

DXB sits next to Deira, about 14 km from Downtown Dubai. The drive to the central areas usually takes 10 to 15 minutes outside rush hour, while Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah, farther southwest along the coast, take longer.
