After immigration, baggage claim and customs, continue outside the terminal to the meeting area named in your confirmation. Your vehicle is reserved only for the passengers on your reservation: unlike a shared shuttle, it makes no extra hotel stops for other travelers, and the price is per vehicle, not per person.
Airport transportation in Kuwait takes you from Kuwait International Airport to hotels and homes in Kuwait City and Sharq, along the coast in Salmiya and Hawalli, through Farwaniya and Khaitan, and south toward Al Khiran.
Our Kuwait airport transfers start in the arrivals area of your terminal, where your driver meets you after customs and walks with you to the car outside. Kuwait Airways and most foreign airlines arrive at Terminal 4 and Jazeera Airways at Terminal 5, and we track your flight so the pickup follows your real landing time.

Kuwait International Airport (KWI) is the airport of Kuwait, in Farwaniya Governorate south of Kuwait City. Passenger flights use two terminals: Terminal 4, the Kuwait Airways terminal that also handles other international airlines, and Terminal 5, dedicated to Jazeera Airways. Each terminal has its own immigration, customs and arrivals area, so check your terminal before you land.
After you leave the aircraft, follow the Arrivals signs to immigration. If you need a visa on arrival, it is handled here. Collect your bags at baggage claim, then pass through customs, where bags are screened by X-ray, into the arrivals hall.
Kuwait is on Arabia Standard Time (UTC+3) all year, with no daylight saving time.
Visa and e-Visa. GCC citizens need no visa. Many other nationalities can get a visa on arrival by air or must apply for an e-Visa through the Ministry of Interior's Kuwait Visa portal before flying, and foreign residents of GCC countries can get a tourist visa on arrival. Check the rules for your nationality before you travel.
Passport validity. Your passport should be valid for at least six months from arrival.
No alcohol or pork. Alcohol, pork products, controlled substances and pornographic material may not be brought into Kuwait, including duty-free purchases, and bags are X-rayed at customs.
Kuwaiti dinar. Kuwait uses the Kuwaiti dinar (KWD), divided into 1,000 fils, and cards are widely accepted.
Friday and Saturday weekend. The weekend in Kuwait is Friday and Saturday, when many offices and banks close.

Visa and e-Visa

The airport is about 15.5 km south of the center of Kuwait City. The drive usually takes around 20 minutes outside busy hours and longer at weekday rush hours. Yes. We arrange pickups for late-night and early-morning arrivals at Kuwait International Airport in the same way as daytime ones, whichever terminal you land at. Book ahead with your flight number, so your driver is waiting at the meeting point when you come out of customs.
We track the arrival of the flight on your reservation, so your driver adjusts to a delay. If your flight number, date, airline or terminal changes, or your flight is canceled, tell customer service as soon as possible so we can move your pickup to the new time.
Yes. Book a return from your hotel or residence in Kuwait and give us your flight time and terminal, Terminal 4 or Terminal 5, so your pickup leaves enough time for check-in and security. You can book the return on the same reservation as your arrival or separately.
