Manchester airport transfers run door to door in saloons, SUVs and minibuses: to hotels in the city centre and Salford Quays, match days at Old Trafford and the Etihad, homes and hotels across Cheshire, Liverpool and Chester, and country stays in the Peak District and the Lake District.
The Manchester airport shuttle is a private minibus for your party only, with no stops at other hotels on the way. It has room for holiday luggage and suits families coming home from a summer holiday, football fans heading to a match, and groups travelling to weddings in Cheshire or the Lakes.

Manchester Airport (MAN) sits at Ringway, south-west of Manchester city centre beside the M56. It now runs two passenger terminals: Terminal 2, the main terminal and base for easyJet, Jet2, TUI and Virgin Atlantic, and Terminal 3, Ryanair's base, which took over the old Terminal 1 entrance in 2026. The Skylink walkway links the two and leads to the airport's railway station.
You clear UK passport control first; many visitors can use the eGates, and queues can be long when several holiday flights land together. After baggage reclaim, use the green or red customs channel. The UK is on GMT in winter and BST (GMT+1) in summer.
