After immigration, baggage claim and customs, continue outside the terminal to the meeting area named in your confirmation. Your vehicle is reserved only for the passengers on your reservation: unlike a shared shuttle, it makes no extra hotel stops for other travelers, and the price is per vehicle, not per person.

Marrakech airport transfers are priced per vehicle before you fly, so there is no fare to agree at the curb, and run in a sedan, SUV, minivan or minibus sized to your party and luggage. We go door to door to hotels in Gueliz, villas in the Palmeraie and lodges in the Atlas Mountains; for a riad inside the Medina, where driving is difficult, add the riad's address and phone number when you book.
Our Marrakech airport shuttle is a private minivan or minibus for your party only, leaving Menara Airport as soon as you are through arrivals. There is room for suitcases and trekking gear, which suits families, groups and travelers heading on to the Palmeraie or the Atlas Mountains.

Marrakesh Menara Airport (RAK) is on the southwestern edge of Marrakech, about 6 km from the city center. Its two terminals form one connected building: Terminal 1 handles most international flights, and Terminal 2 is mainly used for domestic flights and some low-cost airlines.
After passport control, collect your bags in the baggage hall and pass customs into the arrivals hall, where you will find currency exchange offices and ATMs. Your driver waits just outside the arrivals hall exit.

Visa-free stays. Citizens of the US, Canada, the UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and EU countries can stay in Morocco up to 90 days without a visa; others need a visa arranged in advance. Your passport should be valid for six months after arrival.
Dirham cash. The Moroccan dirham (MAD) is a closed currency, so get cash from the ATMs or exchange offices in the arrivals hall.
Medina addresses. Driving into the Medina is difficult, so have your riad's full address and phone number ready when you book.
Morocco time. Morocco has used GMT (UTC+0) all year since 20 September 2026, with no daylight saving time, so enter your flight's local arrival time on that clock.
