Pre-booked private transportation takes you directly from Phuket International Airport to your hotel, resort or vacation rental.
After immigration, baggage claim and customs, continue outside the terminal to the meeting area named in your confirmation. Your vehicle is reserved only for the passengers on your reservation: unlike a shared shuttle, it makes no extra hotel stops for other travelers, and the price is per vehicle, not per person.

Phuket International Airport (HKT) sits at Mai Khao in Thalang district, on the island's northwest coast. It has two terminals side by side, International and Domestic, linked by a covered walkway.
International flights clear immigration and customs at the International Terminal, and waits can grow when several international flights land together. After baggage claim, use the green channel only if you have nothing to declare. Pre-booked drivers wait in the arrivals hall with name signs.
Phuket is on Indochina Time (UTC+7) all year, with no daylight saving time. It is hot year-round, with a rainy season from about May to October and drier months from November to April.
Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC): Foreign visitors must complete the free TDAC at tdac.immigration.go.th within the three days before arrival. Since 15 September 2026 the visa exemption for most eligible nationalities is 30 days, so check the rule for your passport.
Evening traffic in the south: Roads toward Patong, Karon and Kata are busiest from 4 pm to 7 pm, so plan return pickups in that window with extra margin.
Unofficial drivers: Use your confirmed driver or the official counters and stands, and ignore drivers who approach you inside the hall.
Villas and gated estates: Add the villa name, gate instructions and your host's phone number to your booking so the driver can reach the door.

Roads south toward Patong, Karon and Kata are busiest from 4 pm to 7 pm, which can add 30 to 45 minutes to the drive.

The airport is at the northern end of the island, about 32 km north of Phuket Town. Patong is roughly 40 to 60 minutes away by car, and traffic between 4 pm and 7 pm can add 30 to 45 minutes.

We track the flight on your reservation and adjust the pickup to its actual arrival. If your flight number, date or airline changes, or the flight is cancelled, tell customer service so we can move or cancel the transfer.
Yes. Book a departure transfer from your hotel or villa and tell us whether you fly from the International or Domestic Terminal. From the south of the island, avoid cutting it close between 4 pm and 7 pm.
