Pre-booked private transportation takes you directly from Piarco International Airport to your hotel, resort or vacation rental.
After immigration, baggage claim and customs, continue outside the terminal to the meeting area named in your confirmation. Your vehicle is reserved only for the passengers on your reservation: unlike a shared shuttle, it makes no extra hotel stops for other travelers, and the price is per vehicle, not per person.

Our Piarco airport transfers start in the Arrivals Hall of the North Terminal, where your driver meets you after customs and walks with you to the car outside. Every passenger flight arrives at the same terminal, and we track your flight so the pickup follows your real landing time, even when it lands late at night.

Our Piarco airport shuttle is a private minivan or minibus for your party only: it leaves as soon as you are through the Arrivals Hall and goes straight to your address, with no stops for other passengers. There is room for suitcases, carnival costumes and sports gear, so it suits families, business teams and groups arriving together.

Piarco International Airport (POS) is the main airport of Trinidad, in the town of Piarco east of Port of Spain, and the hub of Caribbean Airlines. All passenger flights use the North Terminal: international airlines park at the western concourse (Gates 1 to 7), Caribbean Airlines international flights at the eastern concourse (Gates 8 to 14), and flights from Tobago at the separate Tobago concourse. The South Terminal is not used for airline passengers.
After you leave the aircraft, follow the Arrivals signs to immigration, then collect your bags at one of the four belts in the baggage hall and clear customs into the Arrivals Hall, where rental car desks and places to eat are found.
Trinidad and Tobago is on Atlantic Standard Time (UTC-4) all year, with no daylight saving time.
Online Arrival Card. Since 17 March 2026, everyone entering or leaving Trinidad and Tobago completes an Arrival or Departure Card online at travel.gov.tt, up to 72 hours before travel, in place of the old paper forms.
Visa. Citizens of CARICOM member states (except Haiti), the European Union and other Schengen countries, and most Commonwealth countries can visit without a visa. Other nationalities should check with the Immigration Division before flying.
Customs. Declare food, including meat, fruit and vegetables, as well as gifts, alcohol, tobacco and commercial goods. Travelers aged 17 and over may bring 1.5 liters of spirits or wine and a limited amount of tobacco duty-free.
Money and driving. The currency is the Trinidad and Tobago dollar (TTD), with ATMs in the airport Atrium. Traffic drives on the left.

Authorized taxis outside Arrivals have H license plates and no meters, so agree the fare before you set off.

Your driver meets you in the Arrivals Hall of the North Terminal at Piarco, after immigration, baggage claim and customs, and walks with you to the vehicle outside. All international and domestic passenger flights arrive at the North Terminal, so every traveler comes out into the same hall. Check the company name before you get in.
Piarco International Airport is about 30 km east of downtown Port of Spain. With light traffic the drive takes around 30 minutes along the Churchill-Roosevelt Highway, but weekday rush hours into and out of the capital are heavy, so the trip can take much longer in the morning and evening peaks. Give us your flight time and we plan the pickup around it.
Yes. We drive you door to door from Piarco to hotels, guesthouses, apartments and offices in downtown Port of Spain, Woodbrook, St. Clair and around the Queen's Park Savannah. Enter the hotel name or full street address when you book, so your driver goes straight to the right entrance after a long flight.
Yes. Maraval, Westmoorings and Chaguaramas lie west and northwest of Port of Spain, beyond the city center. Enter your hotel, marina or residence address in the booking form, and include any gated-community or compound access details, so your driver can reach you without delay. When a vehicle is available for that route, you see it before you pay.
Usually, yes. Maracas Bay is on the north coast over the Northern Range, and San Fernando is in the south of Trinidad, so both are longer trips than the run into Port of Spain. Share the address when you book and we'll confirm the route and the vehicle available before you travel.
No, Tobago is a separate island, so it cannot be reached by road from Piarco. Caribbean Airlines flies from the Tobago concourse of Piarco's North Terminal to A.N.R. Robinson International Airport (TAB) in about 20 minutes, and the inter-island ferry leaves from Port of Spain. If you take the ferry, share the terminal address when you book and we'll confirm the drop-off.
Yes. Book your pickup for the time your flight lands, whatever the hour, and your driver will be in the Arrivals Hall when you come out of customs. For an early departure, give us your flight time when you book the return, so the pickup from your hotel leaves enough time for check-in and security at Piarco.
We track the arrival of the flight on your reservation, so your driver adjusts to a delay. If your flight number, date or airline changes, if you miss a connection, or if your flight is canceled, tell customer service as soon as you can so we can move your pickup to the new arrival time.
Yes. Book a return transfer from your hotel, apartment or home anywhere in Trinidad to Piarco, and give us your flight time and airline. Your pickup is set so you reach the North Terminal with enough time for check-in, security and the online Departure Card, which every traveler leaving Trinidad and Tobago now completes before travel.

It is the only international airport on the island of Trinidad, in the town of Piarco about 30 km east of the capital. Tobago's airport, A.N.R.
