Your driver meets you at the pickup point in your confirmation as you leave baggage claim. We track your flight, so a delay moves the pickup instead of cancelling it, and the price for the whole vehicle is fixed before you fly.
Seattle airport transfers run door to door in sedans, SUVs and vans for groups: to hotels downtown and near the Seattle Convention Center, cruise departures at Pier 66 and Pier 91, tech offices in South Lake Union, Bellevue and Redmond, and homes across King and Pierce counties.
The Seattle airport shuttle is a private van for your party only, with no stops at other hotels on the way. It has room for luggage and cruise bags and suits families boarding an Alaska cruise, teams visiting the tech campuses, and groups heading to a game or a conference.

Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA), known locally as Sea-Tac, sits in the city of SeaTac, between Seattle and Tacoma. It has one main terminal with Concourses A to D and two satellite terminals, N and S, linked by an underground train; baggage claim is on the lower level of the main terminal.
International arrivals clear US immigration and customs in the International Arrivals Facility before entering the main terminal. Cruise season, from spring to early fall, makes weekend mornings busy. Seattle is on Pacific time.

We monitor the flight on your reservation, so a delay doesn't cancel your pickup. If your flight number, date or airline changes, or the flight is cancelled, contact customer service as soon as you know.
It depends on how many international flights land together; at peak times it can take an hour or more. Your flight is tracked, and the driver's contact details are in your confirmation if you need to tell them you're still inside.

Yes. You can book transfers from SEA to the Bell Street cruise terminal at Pier 66 and the Smith Cove cruise terminal at Pier 91. Give your ship and sailing time so the pickup leaves enough margin for boarding.
Yes. Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland and the other Eastside cities can be booked from SEA. Give the full address, and the building name for a tech campus, when you book.
Yes. Tacoma, Joint Base Lewis-McChord's nearby towns and other Pierce County addresses can be booked from SEA. Enter the exact address when you book to see the price.
Yes. Vans for larger groups and cruise parties can be booked, subject to availability. Choose the vehicle that fits your party and luggage when you book.
Yes. Transportation can be scheduled for late arrivals and early departures. Availability is confirmed through the booking system, so book ahead and give your exact flight time.
Yes. Add the return trip when you book, or book it later; a cruise pier to airport transfer on disembarkation day is a common one. Give your departure time so the pickup leaves enough margin for traffic, check-in and security.
Yes. Book with the traveler's name and flight details, and add their phone number so the driver can reach them on arrival.
