Pre-booked private transportation takes you directly from Salt Lake City International Airport to your hotel, resort or vacation rental.
After immigration, baggage claim and customs, continue outside the terminal to the meeting area named in your confirmation. Your vehicle is reserved only for the passengers on your reservation: unlike a shared shuttle, it makes no extra hotel stops for other travelers, and the price is per vehicle, not per person.
From SLC we take you to downtown Salt Lake City and Temple Square, the University of Utah, Park City and Deer Valley, the Cottonwood Canyon resorts of Snowbird, Alta, Brighton and Solitude, and south to Lehi and Provo, with SLC airport transportation booked before your flight.
Your driver meets you at the pickup point in your confirmation as you leave baggage claim. We track your flight, so a delay moves the pickup instead of cancelling it, and the price for the whole vehicle is fixed before you fly.
SLC airport transfers run door to door in sedans, SUVs and vans for groups: to hotels downtown and near the Salt Palace Convention Center, condos and lodges in Park City and the Cottonwood Canyons, tech offices in Lehi's Silicon Slopes, and homes and campuses in Provo and Ogden.
The SLC airport shuttle is a private van for your party only, with no stops at other lodges on the way up the canyon. It has room for skis, snowboards and winter luggage, and suits families and groups heading to the ski resorts, as well as visitors to Sundance and conference teams downtown.

Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC) sits just west of downtown. Its terminal, opened in 2020, has a single building with Concourses A and B linked by an underground walkway; walks to the farthest gates are long, so allow time. Baggage claim is on the lower level of the terminal.
International arrivals clear US immigration and customs before baggage claim. The city is at about 4,200 ft (1,300 m) and the resorts are much higher, so drink water and take it easy on your first day. Salt Lake City is on Mountain time.

Request them when booking, with the child's age and size. Availability and any fee are confirmed on your reservation.
Give the wheelchair's size, weight and whether it folds, so a suitable vehicle is assigned.
Ask for authorization before booking and tell us about the animal and its carrier.
Long concourse walk
Gates at the far end of Concourse B can be a long walk from baggage claim, so allow extra time.

Salt Lake City is on Mountain Time and changes its clocks for daylight saving.
Winter roads
Snowstorms can slow or close the roads to the ski resorts, so check conditions before you land.

Yes. Transfers to the Cottonwood Canyon resorts can be booked. In winter the canyon roads can close for avalanche control, so keep your phone on and contact customer service if your plans change.
