Verona airport transfers start in the arrivals hall of Terminal 2, where every flight arrives, and your driver waits there with a name sign after baggage claim and customs. We track your flight, so the pickup follows your real landing time, and the price is fixed per vehicle before you fly, from a sedan for two to a van for a family or group with luggage.
Each Verona airport transfer goes door to door to your hotel, apartment or vacation rental in the city, to Porta Nuova station, to Gardaland, or to your hotel or campsite on the southern and eastern shores of Lake Garda. Our Verona airport shuttle is a private van for your party only, not the shared airport bus to Porta Nuova or the seasonal buses that stop in every lakeside town. It leaves as soon as you have your bags, with room for suitcases, strollers and bikes, and suits families and groups heading to Lake Garda.

Verona Villafranca Airport (VRN), also known as Valerio Catullo Airport, is southwest of Verona at Caselle di Sommacampagna. It has two adjoining buildings: Terminal 1 for departures, enlarged in 2026, and Terminal 2 for all arrivals, so every passenger exits into the same arrivals hall.
Flights from Italy and other Schengen countries arrive without passport checks; from outside the Schengen area, including the UK and Ireland, you go through passport control first. After baggage claim you walk through customs into the Terminal 2 arrivals hall, where pre-booked drivers meet passengers. There is no railway station at the airport.
Italy is on Central European Time (UTC+1) and switches to UTC+2 for daylight saving time from late March to late October. It uses the euro.
Schengen entry. Italy is in the Schengen area. Non-EU travelers arriving from outside it are registered in the EU Entry/Exit System (EES), fully operational since 10 April 2026. Check the visa rules for your nationality before you fly.
Verona's ZTL. The historic center is a limited traffic zone (ZTL) watched by cameras, so give your full address; where a car cannot enter, your driver stops at the nearest point allowed.
Lakeside old towns. The old centers of Sirmione and some other Lake Garda towns are closed to most traffic, so give your hotel's name and address; your driver stops at the nearest point a car can reach.
Euro and cards. Italy uses the euro, and cards and contactless payments are widely accepted.

Verona Airport is about 10 km (6 miles) southwest of Verona, usually 15 to 20 minutes from the historic center by car. Peschiera del Garda, Lazise, Bardolino and Sirmione on Lake Garda are usually 25 to 40 minutes away.

Yes. Give the full street address, the apartment number and any entrance or gate details. For rentals in the Valpolicella hills or inside Verona's limited traffic zone, add directions so your driver finds the right entrance.
Yes. Book with your flight number and the pickup is set for your landing time, including late arrivals after the airport bus has stopped running. For an early flight home, give your departure time and the pickup is set for check-in and security.
There is no need. Booking ahead gives you a confirmed vehicle and a meeting point before you land. If someone approaches you in arrivals, check the company name against your confirmation before getting in.
We monitor the flight on your reservation, so your driver waits for the actual landing. If your flight number, date or airline changes, or your flight is canceled, tell customer service so the pickup can be moved.
