Airport Transportation in Las Vegas

Pre-booked private transportation takes you directly from Harry Reid International Airport to your hotel, resort or vacation rental.

After immigration, baggage claim and customs, continue outside the terminal to the meeting area named in your confirmation. Your vehicle is reserved only for the passengers on your reservation: unlike a shared shuttle, it makes no extra hotel stops for other travelers, and the price is per vehicle, not per person.

From Harry Reid International we take you to the resorts and casinos on the Strip, downtown Las Vegas and Fremont Street, the Las Vegas Convention Center, Allegiant Stadium and T-Mobile Arena, Henderson, Summerlin and Lake Las Vegas, with airport transportation in Las Vegas booked before your flight.

Las Vegas Airport Transfers

Your driver meets you at the terminal you arrive at, Terminal 1 or Terminal 3, at the pickup point in your confirmation. We track your flight, so a delay moves the pickup instead of cancelling it, and the price for the whole vehicle is fixed before you fly, without the line at the taxi stand.

Las Vegas airport transfers run door to door in sedans, SUVs and vans for groups: to the main entrance of your resort on the Strip, hotels downtown, conventions at the LVCC and the Venetian Expo, games and concerts at Allegiant Stadium and T-Mobile Arena, and homes in Henderson and Summerlin.

Las Vegas Airport Shuttle

The Las Vegas airport shuttle is a private van for your party only, with no stops at other casinos along the Strip. It has room for luggage and suits bachelor and bachelorette parties, wedding groups, convention teams and friends in town for a fight, a concert or a game.

Landing at Las Vegas Airport

Harry Reid International Airport (LAS), formerly McCarran, sits just south-east of the Strip. It has two terminals that are not connected landside: Terminal 1, used by Southwest and several domestic airlines, and Terminal 3, used by other domestic airlines and all international flights. Some gates are reached by an airport tram, and you'll see slot machines as soon as you leave the plane.

International arrivals clear US immigration and customs in Terminal 3. Taxis and rideshares have their own signposted zones, with rideshare pickups in the parking garages. Summer days are very hot, often over 100°F (38°C). Las Vegas is on Pacific time.

Entry requirements and local notes

  • Entry to the US: international travelers need a valid passport and either a visa or an approved ESTA under the Visa Waiver Program. Have your arrival address ready for the immigration officer.
  • Your terminal: tell us your airline. Terminals 1 and 3 are separate buildings, and pickup is at the one you arrive at.
  • Big event weekends: fights, concerts, conventions and New Year's Eve close roads and fill the Strip. Book early and give your resort's exact name.
  • Pickup: follow the pickup instructions in your confirmation, not the taxi or rideshare signs.
