Privacy policy

We collect only the information needed to fulfil your reservation: contact details, trip details, and flight information. We use it to provide and support your transfer.

We do not sell your personal information. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card details.

To understand which routes travelers look for, we log each search: the pickup and drop-off you entered, the date and passenger count, and a random visitor identifier stored in a first-party cookie. The identifier is not linked to your identity and is never derived from your IP address; you can clear it at any time by clearing your cookies. Search logs are deleted automatically after 90 days.
