Singapore Changi Airport (SIN) sits at the eastern end of the island and has four passenger terminals, T1 to T4, each with its own arrival hall. Terminals 1, 2 and 3 are linked by the free Skytrain and connect to Jewel, while T4 stands apart and is reached by shuttle bus. Terminal 5 is under construction and not yet open.
Immigration uses automated lanes for many passport holders, and the arrival halls are signposted from the gate. Baggage reclaim comes right after immigration, followed by customs and the arrival hall. Private cars pick up at each terminal's marked Arrival Pick-up area, such as Basement 1 at T1 and T3.
Singapore runs on Singapore Standard Time (UTC+8) all year, with no daylight saving time. It is hot and humid year-round, with frequent afternoon showers.
SG Arrival Card: All foreign visitors must submit the free SG Arrival Card, which includes a health declaration, on the ICA website or the MyICA app within three days before arrival, counting the day you land. Passengers transiting without clearing immigration do not need one.
No curbside waiting: Drivers cannot wait at the terminal curb, so your driver meets you inside the arrival hall and walks you to the terminal's marked Arrival Pick-up area.
Terminal 4 stands apart: T4 is not connected to the other terminals on foot, so tell us before you land if your airline changes terminal.
Crossing to Malaysia: Johor Bahru lies across the Johor Strait, and the road trip means clearing Singapore and Malaysian immigration at the Woodlands or Tuas checkpoints. Contact us before booking to check whether a cross-border ride is available for your date.

Johor Bahru is across the border, reached by road through the Woodlands or Tuas checkpoints with immigration on both sides. Cross-border rides are not available on every date, so contact us before booking to check.
We track the flight on your reservation and adjust the pickup to its actual arrival. If your flight number, date or airline changes, or the flight is cancelled, tell customer service so we can move or cancel the transfer.
