Hewanorra International Airport (UVF) is near Vieux Fort at the southern tip of St. Lucia and is the island's main gateway for flights from North America and the United Kingdom. It has one terminal for all arrivals and departures, run by the Saint Lucia Air and Seaports Authority (SLASPA).
After landing you pass immigration, collect your bags in the baggage hall and clear customs, then walk out to the area just outside the terminal where pre-booked drivers wait. A St. Lucia Tourist Board desk and an information booth can help with questions.

Online ED form. Before landing, complete St. Lucia's online Embarkation/Disembarkation (ED) form at stlucia.org/entry; you can also fill it in on board or at the airport using Wi-Fi. Visa and passport rules depend on your nationality, so check them before you travel.
Two airports. Hewanorra (UVF) in the south handles the long-haul flights, and George F. L. Charles Airport in Castries is the island's other airport. Check which one your ticket shows before you book.
Driving on the left. Traffic keeps to the left on St. Lucia's steep, winding roads. If you plan to drive later in your stay, you can get a visitor driving permit at immigration or from your rental company.
Currency. The Eastern Caribbean dollar is the local currency, and US dollars are widely accepted.
