Pulkovo Airport (LED) is south of St. Petersburg, Russia, on the Pulkovskoye Highway, and is the main base of Rossiya Airlines. All domestic and international flights use one terminal, Terminal 1, with separate areas for each, so there is no terminal to check.
On an international flight you pass passport control, collect your bags and go through customs; there is one route from passport control to baggage reclaim and on to the exit. Pre-booked drivers wait in the arrivals hall with name signs.

Raised bridges at night. From spring to autumn the bridges over the Neva open at night for ships, which can cut Vasilyevsky Island and other islands off from the center for part of the night. Give your exact address and arrival time when you book.

Yes. Many apartment buildings in the center are entered through courtyards, so give the full address with the building, entrance number, apartment number and any intercom or gate code when you book.
Buses 39 and 39E run from outside arrivals to Moskovskaya metro station, and the official Taxi Pulkovo desks are in the arrivals hall. A private transfer goes door to door, which is easier with luggage, with children or after the metro closes.
