Airport Transportation in Tel Aviv

Pre-booked private transportation takes you directly from Ben Gurion International Airport to your hotel, resort or vacation rental.

After immigration, baggage claim and customs, continue outside the terminal to the meeting area named in your confirmation. Your vehicle is reserved only for the passengers on your reservation: unlike a shared shuttle, it makes no extra hotel stops for other travelers, and the price is per vehicle, not per person.

Airport transportation in Tel Aviv takes you from Ben Gurion International Airport to hotels and apartments in Tel Aviv and Jaffa along the coast, and further to Herzliya, Jerusalem, Haifa and the Galilee, or the Dead Sea.

Tel Aviv Airport Transfers

Our Tel Aviv airport transfers start in the public arrivals hall on the ground floor of Terminal 3, where every international passenger comes out after customs and your driver waits with a name sign. If you arrive on a domestic flight from Eilat, your driver meets you at the Terminal 1 exit instead, and we track your flight so the pickup follows your real landing time.

Choose a vehicle sized for your party, from a sedan to a van for a family or group, and each Tel Aviv airport transfer goes door to door to your hotel, apartment or family home. Going on to Jerusalem, Haifa, the Galilee or the Dead Sea? Enter the address in the booking form: when a vehicle is available for that route, the price shows before you pay; if it does not, contact us before you fly.

Tel Aviv Airport Shuttle

Our Tel Aviv airport shuttle is a private van for your party only: it leaves as soon as you have your bags and goes straight to your address, with no stops for other passengers. There is room for suitcases and strollers, so it suits families, tour groups and friends traveling together to Tel Aviv, Jerusalem or the north.

Landing at Tel Aviv Airport

Ben Gurion International Airport (TLV) is Israel's main international airport, on the northern edge of Lod, southeast of Tel Aviv. All international flights arrive at Terminal 3, the main terminal with concourses B to E. Terminal 1 handles domestic flights from Eilat's Ramon Airport and, since July 2026, some international departures.

At Terminal 3 you pass passport control first, then collect your bags in the baggage hall and go through customs into the arrivals hall on the ground floor, where people meeting passengers wait. A free shuttle bus links Terminal 1 and Terminal 3 around the clock.

Israel uses Israel Standard Time (UTC+2) and switches to daylight saving time (UTC+3) in summer.

Entry requirements and local notes

ETA-IL before you fly. Visitors from visa-exempt countries need an approved ETA-IL travel authorization before flying to Israel. Apply only on the official gov.il website.

Shabbat and holidays. Many trains and buses stop from Friday afternoon or evening until Saturday evening and on Jewish holidays, so plan arrivals at those times around a pre-booked ride.

Terminal 3 or Terminal 1. International arrivals always use Terminal 3. If you land on a domestic flight from Eilat, tell us, since you exit at Terminal 1.

Israeli shekel. The currency is the new Israeli shekel (ILS).
