Beauvais-Tillé Airport (BVA), branded Paris Beauvais Airport, serves Beauvais in the Oise department of northern France and is used by many travelers heading to Paris. It stands in the commune of Tillé, just outside Beauvais, about 85 km (53 miles) north of Paris by road along the A16 motorway.
The airport is a base for low-cost flights. Ryanair operates about 80% of its routes, to cities in Spain, Italy, Portugal, Morocco, Ireland, the UK and Central and Eastern Europe, and Wizz Air flies to Romania, the Balkans, Poland and the Caucasus. Volotea, HiSky and a few other airlines add more routes, and the airport handled about 6.7 million passengers in 2025.
Two terminals, Terminal 1 and Terminal 2, stand side by side and are joined by a pedestrian link; both handle Schengen and non-Schengen flights. The terminals close to the public overnight.
From the airport, most travelers head to central Paris, usually on the Aerobus coach to Porte Maillot or by car, which takes about 1 to 1.5 hours depending on traffic. Others go into Beauvais itself, take the TER train from Beauvais station to Paris Gare du Nord, or continue to Disneyland Paris, Rouen and Normandy, or Amiens.

If you arrive from outside the Schengen area, for example from the UK, Morocco or the Balkans, you queue at passport control, where non-EU travelers are registered in the EU Entry/Exit System. Flights from Schengen countries arrive without passport checks.
Your flight arrives at Terminal 1 or Terminal 2, which stand side by side; airlines use both, so check the screens. Baggage claim is short, and the baggage service and lost property desk is in the arrivals hall of each terminal if a bag is missing.
Outside, the Aerobus coaches to Paris Porte Maillot leave from in front of both terminals and are timed to arrivals, with the last coaches waiting for late flights. The taxi rank and the local bus to Beauvais station are near the terminals, and the airport information office is at the bus station. Pre-booked drivers usually meet you in the arrivals hall. Paris is still about 85 km away, so allow for traffic on the A16 if you have a train or an appointment to make.
France is on Central European Time and uses the euro.
Most travelers to Paris take the Aerobus coach; a taxi or pre-booked car is easier late at night, with a group or with lots of luggage.
Line A01 leaves from in front of both terminals about 20 minutes after landings and reaches Porte Maillot, in Paris's 17th arrondissement, in about 1 hour 15 minutes or more, depending on traffic. It waits for the last flights, but you still need the Metro or a taxi from Porte Maillot to your hotel.
Line A04 runs about 10 return trips a day to La Villette in northeast Paris, taking about 1 hour 30 minutes; book online.
Corolis bus line 6 runs to Beauvais station in about 15 minutes, about every 30 minutes, and TER trains run from there to Paris Gare du Nord in about 1 hour 15 minutes. It means two changes with your luggage.
Taxis wait at the rank by the terminals. The ride to Paris covers about 85 km and takes 1 to 1.5 hours depending on traffic, so it is a long, costly fare unless you share it.
A pre-booked car meets you in the arrivals hall and drives you door to door, useful for families, groups, late arrivals and trips to Disneyland Paris or Normandy.

Both terminals have waiting areas for passengers with reduced mobility, airport wheelchairs are available, and ambulifts take passengers straight to the aircraft. Arrive at least 2 hours before departure and go to the check-in desks or airport reception.
Ask for a sunflower lanyard at the Terminal 2 check-in counter or the information office at the bus station, or bring your own. It signals that you may need more time or support, not priority.

No. Despite the name Paris Beauvais, the airport is in Tillé, next to the town of Beauvais in the Oise department of Hauts-de-France, about 85 km north of Paris. It is a separate airport from Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG) and Paris Orly (ORY), so check which one your ticket shows.
Most travelers take the Aerobus coach, line A01, from in front of the terminals to Porte Maillot in about 1 hour 15 minutes or more. Line A04 runs to La Villette. You can also take a local bus to Beauvais station and a TER train to Paris Gare du Nord, or a taxi or pre-booked car door to door.
The main Aerobus line, A01, stops at Paris Porte Maillot, 22–24 Boulevard Pershing in the 17th arrondissement, beside the Palais des Congrès, where there is a ticket office. Line A04 serves La Villette in northeast Paris. From Porte Maillot, Metro Line 1 and RER C continue across the city.
Yes. Departures from the airport are scheduled about 20 minutes after landings and run every 15 to 30 minutes, from about 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. The airport says the shuttles wait for the last flights of the day, even when they are delayed, so late arrivals are not stranded.
No, there is no station at the airport. Corolis bus line 6 runs to Beauvais station in about 15 minutes, about every 30 minutes, and an express shuttle runs early and late. From Beauvais station, TER trains reach Paris Gare du Nord in about 1 hour 15 minutes, and trains also run to Amiens.
Beauvais-Tillé has two terminals, Terminal 1 and Terminal 2, side by side and joined by a pedestrian link. Both handle Schengen and non-Schengen flights, and airlines such as Ryanair and Wizz Air use both, so check your terminal on the screens or on your airline's app before you go.

The Aerobus line to Disneyland Paris is currently suspended. You can take the coach to Paris Porte Maillot and continue by public transport to Marne-la-Vallée–Chessy, on the far side of the city, which means several changes with luggage. A taxi or pre-booked car takes you door to door to the park hotels.
The town of Beauvais is right next to the airport. Corolis bus line 6 runs to Beauvais railway station in about 15 minutes, about every 30 minutes, and an airport shuttle serves the town center and the station. Taxis wait at the rank by the terminals for door-to-door rides.
Beauvais-Tillé has four main car parks and a drop-off area. P1 is opposite Terminal 1, P2 is right outside Terminal 2, P3 is under 4 minutes on foot from Terminal 2, and P4, the long-term car park, is about 10 minutes away and booked online only.
