Pre-booked private transportation takes you directly from Kaohsiung International Airport to your hotel, resort or vacation rental.
After immigration, baggage claim and customs, continue outside the terminal to the meeting area named in your confirmation. Your vehicle is reserved only for the passengers on your reservation: unlike a shared shuttle, it makes no extra hotel stops for other travelers, and the price is per vehicle, not per person.
Airport transportation in Kaohsiung takes you from Kaohsiung International Airport to hotels and homes along the Love River and around Pier-2 Art Center, near the ferry to Cijin Island, in Zuoying by Lotus Pond and the high-speed rail station, and south to Kenting.
Our Kaohsiung airport transfers start in the 1st-floor arrival hall, where your driver meets you after customs and walks with you to the car outside. International flights arrive at the International Terminal and domestic flights at the Domestic Terminal next door, and we track the flight on your reservation so the pickup follows your real landing time.

Our Kaohsiung airport shuttle is a private minivan for your party only: it leaves as soon as you are through the arrival hall and goes straight to your address, with no stops for other passengers. Unlike the long coach ride to Kenting, it suits families, surfers and groups with luggage who want to reach the coast or the city in one trip.

Kaohsiung International Airport (KHH) is the airport of Kaohsiung in southern Taiwan, in the Xiaogang District on the south side of the city. It has two terminals side by side, joined by a corridor: the International Terminal for all international and cross-strait flights, and the Domestic Terminal for flights within Taiwan, mainly from Penghu, Kinmen and Hualien.
On an international flight, follow the Arrivals signs to immigration, collect your bags in the baggage claim hall and pass through customs into the arrival hall on the 1st floor. Domestic passengers collect their bags and come out into the 1st-floor lobby of the Domestic Terminal.
Taiwan is on UTC+8 all year, with no daylight saving time.
Online arrival card. Since 1 October 2025, Taiwan only accepts the online Taiwan Arrival Card. Submit it up to three days before you land; one person can fill it in for a group.
Visa and passport. Many nationalities can enter Taiwan visa-free for a set period. Your passport should be valid for at least six months; check the rules for your nationality before you travel.
Meat products. Taiwan's customs rules on meat and meat products are strict, so do not pack any, including snacks.
New Taiwan dollar. Taiwan uses the New Taiwan dollar (TWD). Exchange counters and ATMs are in the International Terminal, and cash is still handy for small vendors.

International flights arrive at the International Terminal and domestic flights at the Domestic Terminal next door, so tell us your flight number when you book and we will be waiting at the right exit.
Kaohsiung International Airport is about 8 km from central Kaohsiung, and the drive downtown usually takes 20 to 30 minutes without traffic. Hotels along the Love River, around Pier-2 Art Center and in the Sinsing and Lingya districts are all a short ride away. Zuoying, in the north of the city, takes longer at busy times.
Yes. We drive you door to door to hotels and apartments along the Love River, around Pier-2 Art Center and in downtown Kaohsiung. Give us the full hotel name or address when you book, ideally with the Chinese name as well, so your driver goes straight to the right entrance.
Yes. We can drop you at Zuoying Station to catch the Taiwan High Speed Rail, or at your hotel near Lotus Pond and the Old City of Zuoying. If you are connecting to a train, give us its departure time when you book so we can plan the pickup around your landing.
Often, yes. Kenting is at the southern tip of Taiwan, about two hours from Kaohsiung by road. Enter your hotel or address in Kenting in the booking form: when a vehicle is available for that route, the price shows before you pay. If it does not, share the address with us before you fly and we will confirm.
No. Kaohsiung International Airport (KHH) is in southern Taiwan, far from Taipei, which is served by Taoyuan International Airport (TPE) and Songshan Airport. Check the code on your ticket. If you are landing at Taoyuan, book on our Taipei airport transportation page instead.
Yes. Book the transfer for your flight's scheduled arrival time, whatever the hour, and your driver meets you in the arrival hall after customs. Late arrivals are a good time to pre-book in Kaohsiung, because the airport is quieter and you go straight to your hotel without looking for a ride.
We track the arrival of the flight on your reservation, so your driver adjusts to a delay. If your flight number, date or airline changes, if you miss a connection in Taipei, Hong Kong or Tokyo, or if your flight is canceled, tell customer service so we can move your pickup.
Yes. Book a return from your hotel or home in Kaohsiung, Zuoying or Kenting and give us your flight time and whether you fly from the International or Domestic Terminal, so your pickup leaves enough time for check-in and security. The terminals close overnight, so plan early flights around their opening time.
