Pre-booked private transportation takes you directly from Milan Linate Airport to your hotel, resort or vacation rental.
After immigration, baggage claim and customs, continue outside the terminal to the meeting area named in your confirmation. Your vehicle is reserved only for the passengers on your reservation: unlike a shared shuttle, it makes no extra hotel stops for other travelers, and the price is per vehicle, not per person.

We track your flight, so the pickup follows your real landing time, and you get a fixed price per vehicle before you fly, from a sedan for business travelers to a van for a family or group with luggage.
Each Linate airport transfer goes door to door to your hotel, apartment or vacation rental in Milan, to Milano Centrale for your train, to the Fiera Milano for a trade fair, or to your hotel on Lake Como. Our Linate airport shuttle is a private van for your party only, not a shared bus or coach that stops on the way into the city. It leaves as soon as you have your bags, with room for suitcases, strollers and sample cases, and suits families, groups and teams heading to a trade fair.

Milan Linate Airport (LIN), named after Enrico Forlanini, is Milan's city airport on the eastern edge of the city, and SEA runs it. It is one of Milan's three airports, with Malpensa (MXP) and Bergamo (BGY), and handles flights within Italy and Europe. All flights use one terminal, with arrivals on the ground floor.
Flights from Italy and other Schengen countries arrive without passport checks; from outside the Schengen area, including the UK and Ireland, you go through passport control first. After baggage claim you walk through customs into the arrivals hall, where pre-booked drivers meet passengers.
Italy is on Central European Time (UTC+1) and switches to UTC+2 for daylight saving time from late March to late October. It uses the euro.
Schengen entry. Italy is in the Schengen area. Non-EU travelers are registered in the EU Entry/Exit System (EES), fully operational since 10 April 2026; the planned ETIAS travel authorization is not yet in operation. Check the visa rules for your nationality before you fly.
Three Milan airports. Milan is also served by Malpensa (MXP) and Bergamo (BGY), both far from Linate. Check the code on your ticket and book the pickup at the airport you actually land at.
Area C and pedestrian streets. Central Milan inside the Cerchia dei Bastioni is a restricted traffic zone (Area C), and streets around the Duomo and in Brera are pedestrian. Give your full address; your driver stops at the nearest point a car can reach.
City tax. Milan charges a tourist tax per person per night, which your hotel or rental host collects on top of the room rate.

Metro M4
Metro line M4 leaves from Linate Aeroporto station, a short walk from arrivals, for San Babila and central Milan.

Italy uses the euro, and cards and contactless payments are widely accepted.

Linate is about 7 to 8 km (5 miles) east of central Milan, the closest of the city's three airports. The drive to the Duomo usually takes 20 to 30 minutes, longer at rush hour, and the ride to Lake Como about 1 hour 15 minutes.

Yes. Book your pickup for your flight's landing time, early or late, and we track the flight so your driver is there when you arrive. For an early departure, give us your flight time so the pickup leaves enough margin.
There is no need. Booking ahead gives you a confirmed vehicle and a meeting point before you land. If someone approaches you in arrivals, check the company name against your confirmation before getting in.
We monitor the flight on your reservation, so your driver waits for the actual landing. If your flight number, date or airline changes, or your flight is canceled, tell customer service so the pickup can be moved.
Yes. Book a one-way departure or a round trip from your hotel, apartment or the Fiera, and give your flight number and departure time, so the pickup is set for check-in and security.
