Moscow airport transfers from Sheremetyevo start in the public arrivals hall of the terminal where your flight lands, where your driver waits with a name sign after passport control, baggage claim and customs. Sheremetyevo's north terminals (B and C) and south terminal (D) are far apart, so give your airline and arrival terminal when you book. We track your flight, so the pickup follows your real landing time.
Each Moscow airport transfer is booked for one vehicle, from a sedan for two to a van for a family or group with luggage, and goes door to door to your hotel, apartment or office in central Moscow or Moscow City. These transfers start at Sheremetyevo only; if your ticket shows another Moscow airport, this is not the page to book.
Our Moscow airport shuttle is a private van for your party only, not a shared shuttle with stops along the way. It leaves Sheremetyevo as soon as you have your bags, with room for suitcases and winter coats, and suits families, business groups and anyone arriving tired after a long flight.

Sheremetyevo International Airport (SVO) is northwest of Moscow, in Khimki, and is the main hub of Aeroflot. Its terminals form two complexes linked by a free underground train: Terminals B and C in the north complex handle most domestic and international flights, and Terminal D in the south complex handles some domestic flights. Terminal F is closed and Terminal E sees little scheduled use.
On an international flight you pass passport control, collect your bags and go through customs before coming out into the public arrivals hall, where pre-booked drivers wait with name signs. Queues at passport control can build up when several long-haul flights land together. Domestic passengers come straight from baggage claim into the arrivals hall.
Sheremetyevo only. This page is for Sheremetyevo (SVO). Domodedovo (DME) and Vnukovo (VKO) are separate Moscow airports and are not covered here, so check the airport code on your ticket before you book.
Visa or e-visa. Most foreign visitors need a Russian visa or Russia's unified e-visa, applied for online through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs portal (evisa.kdmid.ru). Check the rules for your nationality before you fly.
Rubles. Prices in Russia are in rubles (RUB), so have some local currency for small purchases.
Moscow Time. Moscow is on Moscow Time (UTC+3) all year, with no daylight saving time.
Addresses in Cyrillic. Street signs and many building entrances are marked only in Russian, so give your full address when you book, ideally also as it is written in Cyrillic, with any entrance or intercom code.

Sheremetyevo is about 29 km (18 miles) northwest of central Moscow. The drive depends heavily on Moscow traffic and can take much longer at peak hours, so allow extra time for evening arrivals and for departures.

Yes. Give the full address with the building, entrance (podyezd) number, apartment number and any intercom code when you book, since many Moscow apartment buildings have several entrances off a courtyard.
Yes. The Aeroexpress train runs from Sheremetyevo to Savyolovsky and Belorussky stations, and buses run to metro stations. A private transfer goes door to door, which is easier with luggage, with children or late at night.
There is no need. Booking ahead gives you a confirmed vehicle and a meeting point before you land. If someone approaches you in arrivals, check the company name against your confirmation before getting in.
