Incheon International Airport (ICN) is Seoul's main international gateway, on reclaimed land on Yeongjong Island in the city of Incheon, west of Seoul. It has two passenger terminals, several kilometers apart: Terminal 1, used by most foreign airlines and Jeju Air, and Terminal 2, home to Korean Air, Asiana Airlines, their sister airlines and SkyTeam partners. Seoul's other airport, Gimpo, mainly handles domestic flights and short international routes and is not covered by this page.
You first pass immigration, where foreign visitors are fingerprinted and photographed, then collect your bags and go through customs. If you land at Terminal 1 on a foreign airline, you may first ride the underground shuttle train from the concourse to the main building. The arrivals hall is on the first floor of each terminal.
Korea Standard Time is UTC+9 all year, with no daylight saving time.
