About 55 km north-east of central London in Essex, Stansted is London's third-busiest airport and Ryanair's largest base, with a single terminal. From there we take you to London, Cambridge, Essex, Hertfordshire, Suffolk and the port of Harwich, with Stansted airport transportation booked before your flight.
Your driver meets you in the arrivals hall of Stansted's single terminal with a name sign, helps with your luggage and walks you to the car. We track your flight, so a delay moves the pickup instead of cancelling it, and the price for the whole vehicle is fixed before you fly.
Stansted airport transfers go door to door, which matters for the many flights that leave at dawn or land close to midnight: to hotels and apartments from the City and Canary Wharf to the West End, to Liverpool Street, King's Cross St Pancras, Euston and Stratford, to Cambridge, Saffron Walden and the towns of Essex, Hertfordshire and Suffolk, to the cruise port at Harwich, and to Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton and London City for connecting flights. The Stansted airport shuttle is a private minivan for your party only, with no stops at other hotels on the way. It has room for luggage and suits families, groups heading into London or Cambridge, and anyone on a dawn or late-night flight.

London Stansted lies north-east of London, in Uttlesford, Essex, beside the M11.
Stansted has one terminal, with check-in, arrivals and departures under the same roof, so there is no terminal to choose. From some gates a transit train or walkway takes you back to the main terminal. Most flights are short-haul across Europe, with Ryanair, easyJet and Jet2 the largest airlines.
You clear UK passport control first; many visitors can use the eGates. The UK is on GMT in winter and BST (GMT+1) in summer.

Stansted is about 55 km northeast of central London. The drive usually takes 60 to 80 minutes to the City and longer to the West End, depending on traffic.

About 35 to 45 minutes up the M11. A private transfer takes you to your hotel or college without changing trains.
Yes. Harwich, for ferries and cruises, is usually 70 to 90 minutes from Stansted. Give us your sailing time so we plan the pickup around it.
Yes. Heathrow is usually 75 to 110 minutes away around the M25, and Gatwick longer. There is no direct train, so a private transfer avoids several changes with your bags.
The Stansted Express runs to Liverpool Street in about 50 minutes, which is quick if you are staying nearby and travel light. A private transfer is booked in advance at a fixed price per vehicle and takes you door to door, which suits families, groups, heavy luggage and early or late flights.

We monitor the flight on your reservation, so a delay doesn't cancel your pickup. If your flight number, date or airline changes, or the flight is cancelled, contact customer service as soon as you know.
