Pre-booked private transportation takes you directly from Stockholm Arlanda Airport to your hotel, resort or vacation rental.
After immigration, baggage claim and customs, continue outside the terminal to the meeting area named in your confirmation. Your vehicle is reserved only for the passengers on your reservation: unlike a shared shuttle, it makes no extra hotel stops for other travelers, and the price is per vehicle, not per person.
Airport transportation in Stockholm takes you from Arlanda, north of the city, to hotels, apartments and offices across central Stockholm and its suburbs, and north to Uppsala and Gävle.
Our Stockholm airport transfers start inside the arrivals hall of your terminal, Terminal 5 or Terminal 2. At Arlanda only drivers with a pre-booked car may enter the arrivals hall, so your driver waits there for you after customs. We track your flight, so the pickup follows your real landing time.
You get a fixed price per vehicle before you fly, in sizes from sedans for business travelers to vans for families and groups. Every Stockholm airport transfer goes door to door, whether you are staying at a hotel in central Stockholm, an apartment in one of the city's districts or an address in Uppsala.
Our Stockholm airport shuttle is a private van for your party only: it leaves as soon as you are through arrivals and goes straight to your address, with no stops for other passengers and no change of train at the central station. There is room for suitcases and bulky bags, so it suits families, groups heading to a conference and travelers going on to Uppsala.

Stockholm Arlanda Airport (ARN) is Sweden's main international airport, north of Stockholm and southeast of Uppsala, and is run by state-owned Swedavia. Two terminals are in use: Terminal 5, the largest, with domestic, Schengen and non-Schengen flights, and Terminal 2, used by several European airlines and some regional domestic flights. Passengers arriving at gates C30 to C44, the former Terminal 4, exit through Terminal 5.
If your flight comes from outside the Schengen Area, you pass passport control before baggage claim; flights from other Schengen countries arrive without passport checks. After your bags, you pass Swedish customs and walk out into the arrivals hall of your terminal.
Stockholm is on Central European Time (UTC+1) and moves to UTC+2 from late March to late October.
Entry rules. Sweden is in the Schengen Area. Non-EU travelers are registered in the EU Entry/Exit System (EES), fully operational since 10 April 2026; the planned ETIAS travel authorization is not yet in operation. Check the visa rules for your nationality before you travel.
Two terminals. Air France, KLM, Transavia, Vueling and easyJet use Terminal 2, and SAS, Norwegian and most other airlines use Terminal 5. Give us your flight number so your driver waits in the right arrivals hall, and tell us your airline when you book your return.
Ride offers inside the terminal. Only drivers with a pre-booked car may enter the arrivals hall to meet passengers. Do not accept a ride offered inside the terminal; look for your driver with your name.
Winter weather. Winters are cold and dark from November to March, so keep warm layers handy when you land.

Give the wheelchair's size, weight and whether it folds, so a suitable vehicle is assigned.

Arlanda is about 37 km north of central Stockholm and about 40 km southeast of Uppsala. By car, the trip depends on traffic on the E4 motorway.
