After immigration, baggage claim and customs, continue outside the terminal to the meeting area named in your confirmation. Your vehicle is reserved only for the passengers on your reservation: unlike a shared shuttle, it makes no extra hotel stops for other travelers, and the price is per vehicle, not per person.

Narita airport transfers start in the arrivals lobby of the terminal where your flight lands, Terminal 1 for ANA and Star Alliance airlines, Terminal 2 for Japan Airlines and oneworld airlines, or Terminal 3 for low-cost airlines, and your driver waits there with a name sign. We track your flight, so the pickup follows your real landing time, and you choose the vehicle for your party, from a sedan for two to a minivan or minibus for a family or group with luggage.
Each Narita airport transfer goes door to door to your hotel, apartment or office in central Tokyo, to Tokyo Disney Resort and the hotels around Tokyo Bay, or to a hotel in Narita city. Our Narita airport shuttle is a private car or van for your party only, not a shared bus that stops at several hotels on the way into Tokyo. Narita International Airport (NRT) is in the city of Narita in Chiba Prefecture, east of Tokyo, and is one of Tokyo's two main airports; the other, Haneda (HND), is on Tokyo Bay. Narita has three terminals: Terminal 1, with a South Wing for ANA and Star Alliance airlines and a North Wing for other airlines such as Zipair; Terminal 2, for Japan Airlines and the oneworld airlines; and Terminal 3, for low-cost airlines such as Jetstar Japan and Spring Japan. A free shuttle bus links all three. Narita has a night curfew, with no flights between midnight and 6:00.
On an international flight you go through quarantine, then immigration, where foreign visitors have their fingerprints and photo taken, and then customs. Registering your details on Visit Japan Web before you fly can speed up immigration and customs, and queues can be long when several long-haul flights land together in the afternoon. After customs you come out into the arrivals lobby, where pre-booked drivers meet passengers.

Night curfew. No flights operate at Narita between midnight and 6:00, so the last arrivals of the day land before midnight.
Hotel addresses. Many Tokyo addresses use district and block numbers rather than street names, so give your hotel's name and full address, in Japanese too if you have it.
Yen and IC cards. Japan uses the yen; an IC card, Suica or PASMO, also works in many shops.
