Give the exact address. Houston is one of the largest cities in the United States, and Downtown, the Galleria, the Medical Center, Katy, The Woodlands and Galveston are priced differently.
Check your airport. Houston has two commercial airports: George Bush Intercontinental (IAH) in the north and William P. Hobby (HOU) in the south. Book from the airport on your ticket.
Allow for traffic. Rush hours on I-45, I-69 and the Beltway can add a lot to the drive, especially for departures and cruise-day transfers to Galveston.

Representatives can't enter the immigration or customs areas.
Your confirmation gives the meeting instructions for the terminal your flight arrives at. Check the terminal on your ticket when you book, and recheck it before landing: assignments can change during the airport's redevelopment.
About 30–45 minutes, and longer during weekday rush hours. The Galleria and the Texas Medical Center are about 35–55 minutes.
About 25–35 minutes to The Woodlands, 45–60 minutes to Katy and 50–65 minutes to Sugar Land. Times change with traffic, weather, roadwork and the exact location of your address.
Yes. The drive from George Bush Intercontinental Airport to Galveston usually takes 75–100 minutes. Book to the cruise terminal you are sailing from and allow extra time on embarkation days.
Yes. Clear Lake, Webster, League City and Space Center Houston are about 50–70 minutes from George Bush Intercontinental Airport.
