InterCaribbean Airways (styled interCaribbean) is a regional airline headquartered in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands. It started flying in 1991 as InterIsland Airways, became Air Turks & Caicos in 2003 and took its current name in 2013. It is not a member of an airline alliance, but it has interline agreements with carriers such as British Airways, Virgin Atlantic and Air Canada.
Providenciales and Barbados are its main hubs, and Tortola in the British Virgin Islands is a third base. From there it serves about 24 cities across the Bahamas, the Turks and Caicos Islands, the Greater Antilles, the Eastern Caribbean and Guyana, including Nassau, Kingston, Havana, Santo Domingo, San Juan, Antigua, St. Kitts and St. Maarten. It also runs domestic flights within the Turks and Caicos Islands.
The fleet of about 18 aircraft combines ATR 42 and ATR 72 turboprops, Embraer ERJ 145 and E170 jets, a CRJ900 and DHC-6 Twin Otters.
