Provider terms and conditions

By registering as a provider or accepting any reservation through AirportTransportation.com, you agree to the following:

1. You operate as an independent contractor, not an employee or agent of Airport Transportation LLC.
2. You are fully responsible for your vehicles, drivers, licenses, and insurance.
3. You agree to accept and complete all confirmed reservations professionally and on time.
4. Failure to perform a confirmed service may result in penalties (up to 150% of booking value) and/or removal from the platform.
5. You agree to maintain high service standards, including punctuality and customer communication.
6. You accept that Airport Transportation acts only as an intermediary platform and is not liable for your services.
7. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Airport Transportation from any claims arising from your operations.
8. Payments will be processed according to the agreed commission or payout structure.
9. This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States.
