Airport Transportation in Seoul

Pre-booked private transportation takes you directly from Incheon International Airport to your hotel, resort or vacation rental.

After immigration, baggage claim and customs, continue outside the terminal to the meeting area named in your confirmation. Your vehicle is reserved only for the passengers on your reservation: unlike a shared shuttle, it makes no extra hotel stops for other travelers, and the price is per vehicle, not per person.

Airport transportation in Seoul on this page starts at Incheon International Airport (ICN), not Gimpo, and takes you to hotels and apartments in central Seoul, Myeongdong, Hongdae, Gangnam and around Seoul Station, or to Songdo and the rest of Incheon.

Seoul Airport Transfers

Our Seoul airport transfers from Incheon start at the arrival exits on the first floor of Terminal 1 or Terminal 2, where your driver waits with a name sign. The two terminals are far apart, so give us your flight number: Korean Air, Asiana Airlines and their partners use Terminal 2, and most other foreign airlines use Terminal 1. We track your flight, so the pickup follows your real landing time.

Choose a vehicle sized for your party, from a sedan to a van for a family or group, and each Seoul airport transfer goes door to door to your hotel, apartment or office. Going on to Busan or other cities beyond the Seoul area? Enter the address in the booking form: when a vehicle is available for that route, the price shows before you pay; if it does not, contact us before you fly.

Seoul Airport Shuttle

Our Seoul airport shuttle is a private van for your party only: it leaves Incheon as soon as you have your bags and goes straight to your address, with no stops for other passengers. There is room for suitcases, so it suits families and groups heading to a hotel in Seoul or Songdo.

Landing at Seoul Airport

Incheon International Airport (ICN) is Seoul's main international gateway, on reclaimed land on Yeongjong Island in the city of Incheon, west of Seoul. It has two passenger terminals, several kilometers apart: Terminal 1, used by most foreign airlines and Jeju Air, and Terminal 2, home to Korean Air, Asiana Airlines, their sister airlines and SkyTeam partners. Seoul's other airport, Gimpo, mainly handles domestic flights and short international routes and is not covered by this page.

You first pass immigration, where foreign visitors are fingerprinted and photographed, then collect your bags and go through customs. If you land at Terminal 1 on a foreign airline, you may first ride the underground shuttle train from the concourse to the main building. The arrivals hall is on the first floor of each terminal.

Korea Standard Time is UTC+9 all year, with no daylight saving time.

Travelers without a K-ETA complete the e-Arrival Card online within 72 hours before arrival.

Incheon, not Gimpo. This page books rides from Incheon International Airport (ICN). If your ticket shows Gimpo (GMP), contact us before you fly.
