Airport Transportation in Malpensa

Pre-booked private transportation takes you directly from Milan Malpensa International Airport to your hotel, resort or vacation rental.

After immigration, baggage claim and customs, continue outside the terminal to the meeting area named in your confirmation. Your vehicle is reserved only for the passengers on your reservation: unlike a shared shuttle, it makes no extra hotel stops for other travelers, and the price is per vehicle, not per person.

Airport transportation from Malpensa, Milan's main international airport, takes you to hotels and apartments in central Milan, villas and lakeside hotels on Lake Como and Lake Maggiore, and further afield to Turin and Genoa.

Malpensa Airport Transfers

Our Malpensa airport transfers start in the arrivals hall of the terminal your flight uses: Terminal 2 for easyJet and Terminal 1 for every other airline. Your driver waits just past the exit from baggage reclaim and customs, and we track your flight so the pickup follows your real landing time.

You get a fixed price per vehicle before you fly, in sizes from sedans for couples and business travelers to vans for families and groups. Every Malpensa airport transfer goes door to door, whether you are staying at a hotel in central Milan, a villa on Lake Como or a lakeside hotel on Lake Maggiore.

Malpensa Airport Shuttle

Our Malpensa airport shuttle is a private van for your party only: it leaves as soon as you have your bags and goes straight to your address, with no stops for other passengers. There is room for suitcases, strollers and ski or golf bags, so it suits families, groups and anyone heading on to the lakes or the mountains.

Landing at Malpensa Airport

Milan Malpensa International Airport (MXP) is in the province of Varese, northwest of Milan, and is one of the city's three airports, with Linate (LIN) and Bergamo Orio al Serio (BGY); most long-haul flights use Malpensa. It has two terminals: Terminal 1 for most airlines and Terminal 2 for easyJet only, linked by a free 24-hour shuttle bus.

In Terminal 1, Concourse A handles domestic and Schengen flights and Concourses B and C handle non-Schengen and intercontinental flights. From outside the Schengen Area you pass passport control before baggage reclaim; flights from Schengen countries arrive without passport checks. After your bags and customs, you walk out into the arrivals hall of your terminal.

Milan is on Central European Time (UTC+1) and switches to summer time (UTC+2) from late March to late October.

Entry requirements and local notes

Schengen entry. Italy is in the Schengen Area. Non-EU travelers are registered in the EU Entry/Exit System (EES), fully operational since 10 April 2026; the planned ETIAS travel authorization is not yet in operation. Check the visa rules for your nationality before you fly.

Three Milan airports. Milan is also served by Linate (LIN) and Bergamo (BGY), which are far apart from Malpensa. Check the code on your ticket and book the pickup at the airport you actually land at.

Terminal by airline. easyJet uses Terminal 2 and every other airline Terminal 1, and the two are a shuttle ride apart. Give us your flight number so your driver waits in the right arrivals hall.

Fog and winter weather. Milan's winters are cold and often foggy, which matters if you are heading on to the lakes or the mountains. Allow extra time on winter return trips to the airport.
