Affiliate terms and conditions

By applying to the affiliate program or sharing an AirportTransportation.com referral link, you agree to the following:

1. You act as an independent partner, not an employee or agent of Airport Transportation LLC.
2. Your commission is a percentage of the booking total, agreed with you when your application is approved.
3. A booking made within 90 days of a click on your referral link is credited to you.
4. Commission is paid monthly for bookings that were paid and completed. Cancelled, refunded and charged-back bookings earn no commission.
5. You will not promote Airport Transportation with misleading claims, spam, or paid search ads on the Airport Transportation name.
6. Airport Transportation may suspend an affiliate account, and withhold commission on referrals obtained in breach of these terms.
7. This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States.
