Airport Transportation in St. Louis

Pre-booked private transportation takes you directly from St. Louis Lambert International Airport to your hotel, resort or vacation rental.

After immigration, baggage claim and customs, continue outside the terminal to the meeting area named in your confirmation. Your vehicle is reserved only for the passengers on your reservation: unlike a shared shuttle, it makes no extra hotel stops for other travelers, and the price is per vehicle, not per person.

From St. Louis Lambert we take you to downtown St. Louis and the Gateway Arch, the Central West End and Washington University, Clayton, Chesterfield, St. Charles and the rest of the metro area on both sides of the Mississippi, with airport transportation in St. Louis booked before your flight.

St. Louis Airport Transfers

Your driver meets you at the terminal your flight arrives at, Terminal 1 or Terminal 2, at the pickup point in your confirmation. We track your flight, so a delay moves the pickup instead of canceling it, and the price for the whole vehicle is fixed before you fly.

St. Louis airport transfers run door to door in sedans, SUVs and vans for groups: to hotels downtown and near the America's Center convention complex, Busch Stadium and Enterprise Center, the hospitals and university in the Central West End, offices in Clayton and Chesterfield, and homes in St. Charles County.

St. Louis Airport Shuttle

The St. Louis airport shuttle is a private van for your party only, with no stops at other hotels on the way. It has room for luggage and suits families, convention teams, patients and relatives heading to the medical center, and fans in town for a Cardinals or Blues game.

Landing at St. Louis Airport

St. Louis Lambert International Airport (STL) sits northwest of downtown St. Louis. It has two terminals: Terminal 2, used by Southwest and for international arrivals, and Terminal 1, used by most other airlines. A MetroLink light rail ride between the two terminals is free.

International arrivals clear US immigration and customs in Terminal 2. Summer thunderstorms and winter ice can delay flights. St. Louis is on Central time.

Entry requirements and local notes

  • Entry to the US: international travelers need a valid passport and either a visa or an approved ESTA under the Visa Waiver Program. Have your arrival address ready for the immigration officer.
  • Customs: declare food, plants and animal products, and cash over $10,000.
  • Your terminal: tell us your airline. Pickup is outside the terminal you exit from, Terminal 1 or Terminal 2.
  • Illinois side: some addresses across the river are in Illinois (East St. Louis, Belleville, Edwardsville). Give the full address, state included.
