After immigration, baggage claim and customs, continue outside the terminal to the meeting area named in your confirmation. Your vehicle is reserved only for the passengers on your reservation: unlike a shared shuttle, it makes no extra hotel stops for other travelers, and the price is per vehicle, not per person.

Our Beijing airport shuttle is a private van for your party only, leaving as soon as you are through arrivals at Terminal 2 or Terminal 3. There is room for suitcases and bulky bags, which suits families, business teams and groups heading to central Beijing or the Great Wall.

Beijing Capital International Airport (PEK) is in Shunyi District, northeast of downtown Beijing, and is the main hub of Air China. Passenger flights use Terminal 2 and Terminal 3; the former Terminal 1 building now works as a satellite wing of Terminal 2, and a free shuttle bus and the Airport Express link the two terminals.
At Terminal 3, international flights use concourse T3E, linked to the main building by an automated train. After passport control, collect your bags in the baggage hall and pass through customs into the arrivals hall, where pre-booked drivers wait.
Beijing runs on China Standard Time (UTC+8) all year, with no daylight saving time.
Arrival card. Fill in China's online arrival card before landing through the NIA 12367 app, the National Immigration Administration website or its WeChat or Alipay mini program. Paper cards and kiosks are also available at immigration.
Visa-free stays. Nationals on China's visa-free list can stay up to 30 days through 31 December 2026, and eligible transit passengers can use 240-hour visa-free transit with an onward ticket to a third country. Everyone else needs a visa.
Two Beijing airports. Beijing Capital (PEK) and Beijing Daxing (PKX) are separate airports on opposite sides of the city. Check the code on your ticket and book your transfer from the airport you actually land at.
Mobile payment. The currency is the renminbi (yuan, CNY), and Alipay or WeChat Pay with a linked foreign card is accepted almost everywhere.

The airport is about 32 km northeast of downtown Beijing, in Shunyi District. By road, central areas such as Wangfujing or the Forbidden City usually take about 45 to 90 minutes, depending on traffic.
No. Beijing Capital (PEK) is northeast of the city, while Beijing Daxing (PKX) is a separate, newer airport far to the south, and airlines are split between them. Check the three-letter code on your ticket and book the transfer from that airport.
Air China and most Star Alliance and Oneworld airlines, such as United, Singapore Airlines, ANA and Cathay Pacific, use Terminal 3. Hainan Airlines and most SkyTeam airlines use Terminal 2. Assignments can change, so confirm the terminal on your ticket or airline app.

The most visited Great Wall sections, such as Mutianyu, lie north of the city, and the airport's northeast location puts them within reach by road without crossing central Beijing. Enter Mutianyu or your hotel near the wall as the drop-off to see if a transfer is offered.
Yes. Enter Beijing South Railway Station as your drop-off. It is the terminus for high-speed trains to Shanghai and Tianjin, so give your train time when you book and allow a margin for traffic.

Your pickup follows the actual landing time of the flight on your reservation, so a late arrival is covered. You also skip the official taxi queue, which can take 30 to 60 minutes after midnight.
