Federal del Valle del Fuerte International Airport (LMM), known as Los Mochis International Airport, sits about 18 km south of the city, on the highway to Topolobampo. All flights use one passenger terminal.
Scheduled flights are domestic, so arrivals go straight to baggage claim without passing immigration.
Los Mochis runs on Mountain Standard Time (UTC−7) all year, one hour behind Mexico City, so check connection times carefully.
Train and ferry times. If you're catching the Copper Canyon train or the Topolobampo ferry, give its departure time so the pickup leaves enough margin.
El Fuerte. Many Copper Canyon trips start in El Fuerte; enter your hotel there so the right vehicle and price are shown.
Time zone. Sinaloa is one hour behind Mexico City; give pickup times in local Los Mochis time.
