Federal del Valle del Fuerte International Airport, known as Los Mochis International Airport (LMM), serves Los Mochis and northern Sinaloa in northwestern Mexico. It sits about 18 km south of the city, on the highway between Los Mochis and the port of Topolobampo.
Tijuana and Mexico City are the busiest routes, followed by Guadalajara, Monterrey and Mexicali. Volaris flies to Tijuana, Mexico City, Guadalajara and Mexicali; Viva Aerobus to Monterrey; Aeroméxico to Mexico City; and TAR México to Chihuahua and La Paz. Small regional carriers connect Los Mochis with Baja California Sur and the Sierra Tarahumara: Aéreo Servicio Guerrero to Creel, La Paz, Loreto and Los Cabos, and Cabo Flight Center to Cabo San Lucas.
The airport has one passenger terminal with check-in, arrivals, car rental, a restaurant, ATMs, taxi stands and a departure concourse of five gates.
From the airport, travelers head into Los Mochis, to Topolobampo for the ferry to La Paz, and to El Fuerte and the Chihuahua–Pacific railway into the Copper Canyon.

A pre-booked driver meets you at arrivals and takes you to Los Mochis, Topolobampo or El Fuerte. It suits families and anyone with luggage.
Taxis wait at the stands at the terminal. Confirm the destination before you set off.
Rental counters are at the terminal. Useful for exploring northern Sinaloa and El Fuerte.
