Airport Transfers
Private airport transportation from Tokyo Haneda Airport (HND), not Narita, to hotels in Shinagawa, Shibuya, Shinjuku, Ginza and central Tokyo, and to Kawasaki and Yokohama.
Pre-booked private transportation takes you directly from Tokyo Haneda International Airport to your hotel, resort or vacation rental.
After immigration, baggage claim and customs, continue outside the terminal to the meeting area named in your confirmation. Your vehicle is reserved only for the passengers on your reservation: unlike a shared shuttle, it makes no extra hotel stops for other travelers, and the price is per vehicle, not per person.
Our airport transportation in Tokyo picks you up at Haneda Airport (HND), not Narita, and takes you to hotels and apartments in Shinagawa, Shibuya, Shinjuku, Ginza, Roppongi and around Tokyo Station, and south to Kawasaki and Yokohama.
Tokyo airport transfers from Haneda start in the arrivals lobby of the terminal where your flight lands, Terminal 3 for most international flights, Terminal 2 for some ANA international flights, and Terminal 1 or 2 for domestic flights, and your driver waits there with a name sign. We track your flight, so the pickup follows your real landing time, late at night included, and you choose the vehicle for your party, from a sedan for two to a minivan or minibus for a family or group with luggage.
Each Tokyo airport transfer goes door to door to your hotel, apartment or office in Shinagawa, Shibuya, Shinjuku, Ginza, Roppongi or around Tokyo Station, or south to Kawasaki and Yokohama. For addresses in central Tokyo, the fare for each vehicle shows in the booking form before you pay. Going on to Hakone, the Mount Fuji area or Narita Airport? Enter the address in the booking form: when a vehicle is available for that route, the price shows before you pay; if it does not, contact us before you fly.
Our Tokyo airport shuttle is a private car or van from Haneda for your party only, not a shared bus that stops at several hotels on the way. It leaves as soon as you are through arrivals, with room for suitcases and strollers, and suits families, business travelers and anyone landing late at night.

Tokyo Haneda Airport (HND), officially Tokyo International Airport, sits on Tokyo Bay in Ōta ward and is the closer of Tokyo's two main airports to the city center; the other, Narita (NRT), is a separate airport in Chiba. Haneda has three terminals: Terminal 3 is the main international terminal and is open around the clock; Terminal 2 handles ANA, Air Do and Solaseed Air domestic flights and some ANA international flights; and Terminal 1 handles domestic flights by Japan Airlines, Skymark and StarFlyer. A free shuttle bus links all three.
On an international flight you go through quarantine, then immigration, where foreign visitors have their fingerprints and photo taken, and then customs. Registering your details on Visit Japan Web before you fly can speed up immigration and customs. After customs you come out into the arrivals lobby, where pre-booked drivers meet passengers.
Japan is on Japan Standard Time (UTC+9) all year, with no daylight saving time, and uses the yen.
Haneda, not Narita. Tokyo has two main airports. This page books rides from Haneda (HND); check the airport on your ticket before you book.
Visit Japan Web. Register your immigration and customs details on Visit Japan Web before you fly, and check the visa rules for your nationality.
Hotel addresses. Many Tokyo addresses use district and block numbers rather than street names, so give your hotel's name and full address, in Japanese too if you have it.
Yen and IC cards. Japan uses the yen; an IC card, Suica or PASMO, also works in many shops.
