The station is at the South Terminal; from the North Terminal, take the free shuttle first.
The trains are frequent, but they leave you at a London terminus, often with a change onto the Underground and your suitcases still to carry. Many holiday flights land early in the morning or late at night, when trains are fewer and a taxi from the rank is metered all the way to London.
