SkyAlps is an Italian regional airline based in Bolzano, in South Tyrol. The company was founded in 2020 and began scheduled flights in June 2021. The airline sells its own tickets on skyalps.com and is not a member of an airline alliance.

Its hub is Bolzano Airport (BZO), from where it flies to cities in Germany, the United Kingdom, Scandinavia and Central Europe, and to seasonal summer destinations in Sardinia, Sicily, Puglia, Calabria, the Balearic Islands and Greece. SkyAlps also operates public-service routes to Crotone and Mostar, and flights from Rome Fiumicino to Salzburg and Klagenfurt.

The fleet is made up of De Havilland Canada Dash 8-400 turboprops, about 13 aircraft in 2026, flown in a single cabin with three fare options: Sky Light, Sky Classic and Sky Flex.

Network

Where SkyAlps flies

SkyAlps runs a mix of year-round, winter and summer routes, so the network changes a lot between seasons. Some flights are operated for SkyAlps by partner airlines; check the "operated by" line when you book.

Germany and the United Kingdom

Flights from Bolzano to Hamburg, Berlin and Düsseldorf, and to London Gatwick.

Winter routes

In winter 2026/27, Bolzano connects with Copenhagen, Gothenburg, Billund, Warsaw and Prague, and with Paris Charles de Gaulle from December 2026. Hamburg–Klagenfurt is also scheduled from December 2026.

Summer beach routes

Seasonal flights from Bolzano to Olbia, Cagliari, Catania, Lamezia Terme, Brindisi, Ibiza, Menorca, Corfu, Cephalonia, Preveza and Thessaloniki, usually from mid-May to late September or early October.

Rome, Crotone and Mostar

Rome Fiumicino to Salzburg and Klagenfurt, public-service flights to Crotone, and seasonal flights to Mostar from Bari, Bergamo, Palermo and Rome Fiumicino.

Aircraft

SkyAlps fleet

SkyAlps flies an all-turboprop fleet. Some flights are operated by partner airlines on a wet-lease basis, so the aircraft shown at booking is not guaranteed until departure.

De Havilland Canada Dash 8-400

About 13 aircraft in 2026, used on every route in the network.
