Vueling is a Spanish low-cost airline founded in 2004 and headquartered in Viladecans, near Barcelona. It is part of International Airlines Group (IAG), the group that also owns British Airways, Iberia, Aer Lingus and Level. Vueling is not a member of an airline alliance, but its loyalty program, Vueling Club, uses Avios, the same currency as other IAG airlines.
Its main base is Josep Tarradellas Barcelona–El Prat Airport, where it operates from Terminal 1, and Bilbao is its second-largest base in Spain. The airline also has bases across Spain and at airports such as Paris–Orly, Florence, Amsterdam and London–Gatwick. From there it flies to around 100 destinations in Spain, the rest of Europe and North Africa, with seasonal routes to the Balearic and Canary Islands.
The fleet of about 140 aircraft is all Airbus A320 family today, with the first Boeing 737 MAX aircraft due from late 2026.
